NO, we supply yoga mats.
WE ALSO SUPPLY....cleats for cadence if you don’t have your own personal pair and resistance bands are available on request at the front desk.
Classes are only included in the Open Gym & Class Pack membership, but you are welcome to use the studios when they are not in use for classes for your own personal workouts.

Our peak times are generally between 18:00-20:00; this can vary depending on the day. There is a vast amount of equipment and space that can be utilised at all times so peak times aren’t typically an issue.
