Slow flow: Deeply relaxing yoga to help you to stretch, repair and connect to your breath. Great for beginners as easier to follow but plenty of options to deepen for the more advanced. Time to pause, adjust and breath.
Yoga Flow: A challenging practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. Modifications are given for ALL LEVELS (and moods!). Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while calming your mind.
Mobility Flow: Mobility flow is a dynamic 30 minute class aimed at increasing range of motion as well as strength in the range. This should help improve athletic ability and reduce risk of injury. From hips and hamstrings to back and shoulders. The flow varies from week to week allowing for greater focus on specific areas but the classics will still be there.
Yin Yoga: Yin yoga class is a series of long-held, passive floor poses. We will work deeply into our interconnecting tissues but holding poses for between 3-5 minutes. Working with the breath out focus will be to stretch deeply to help with muscle mobility, recovery and injury prevention. Suitable for all. Beginners welcome.
Hot Yoga: These classes will be fun, dynamic, and aim to strengthen and lengthen. We’ll flow through traditional vinyasa inspired sequences, and focus on connecting movement and breath. Suitable for all levels, but always with the option to progress movements if you choose. The classes will vary depending on instructor.
YBL Flow: Yogability. Yoga mixed with mobility work. 30 minutes of full body movement - finding range and strength through range. The main part of the class consists of dynamic movement and active stretches; finishing off with slower movement, passive stretches and relaxation.
