A full body conditioning class using cardiovascular, bodyweight and resistance exercises, giving you a challenging workout to suit all ages and abilities. This time based class aims to get the best out of each individual while training in a motivating and friendly environment.

Bootcamp

Sunday bootcamp is a non stop, high intensity class using a mixture of weights and body weight. The class features a variety of exercises and cardio machines. A high inclusive class for all abilities, this class is perfect for everyone. Push yourself to the limit, get a sweat on and leave the gym feeling accomplished!
